Our firm was established in 2000 by Paul F. O'Keefe.  Mr. O’Keefe is a former felony prosecutor with the Office of the Lake County State's Attorney in Waukegan, Illinois.  He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation and contested estates litigation, probate and trust administration, and estate planning.

James R. Carr joined the firm in 2011 following 11 years in practice in Chicago and San Francisco as a partner with an international law firm.  Mr. Carr concentrates his practice in the areas of litigation, land use and government, construction law, and real estate law.

Richard B. Fitzgeral leads our firm's estate planning practice.  Mr. Fitzgerald has more than 40 years of experience in the areas of estate planning, probate, trusts and estates, real estate law and business representation.
