Our firm was established in 2000 by Paul F. O'Keefe, a former felony prosecutor with the Office of the Lake County State's Attorney.  Paul concentrates his practice in the areas of estate and probate law, estate planning, and estate and trust litigation, and business representation.

James R. Carr joined the firm in 2011 following 11 years in practice in Chicago and San Francisco as a partner with Holland & Knight LLP.  Jim concentrates his trial practice in trusts & estates, real estate and commercial litigation matters.
