Biography:  Richard B. Fitzgerald is a North Shore Evanston Attorney who joined O’Keefe & Carr, P.C. as an Of Counsel attorney in December 2008.  He works primarily in the firm’s Evanston Office.  Prior to joining O’Keefe & Carr, P.C., he had exclusively practiced law as Fitzgerald and Lytton in Evanston, Illinois.  Since 1960, Mr. Fitzgerald has practiced law in Evanston, Illinois and concentrated his practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, and trusts and estates.  He also has extensive experience in real estate and small business matters.  He is an occasional writer, lecturer and speaker on probate and estate subjects.  A long time resident of the North Shore, he grew up in Chicago and graduated from Loyola Academy.
